By accessing, browsing, or using CR Services, you acknowledge you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the CR Legal Notice and Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. Although we would like to hear from you, do not send CR any information that you or someone else considers confidential, private, or secret in nature. Contacting a mediator or parent specialist through CR does not establish a mediator/client or parent specialist/client relationship, and sending confidential information without such a relationship in place does not create any confidentiality obligations. A mediator/client or parent specialist/client relationship cannot be established until we know that doing so will not create a conflict of interest and until you and the mediator or parent specialist reach an agreement on terms of the relationship.
Neither the content on this Site nor any transmissions between you and CR Services are intended to provide legal advice. No user of this site should act or refrain from acting on the basis of information included on this Site without seeking legal advice of counsel.

The total liability of CR, to the fullest extent permitted by law, and its affiliates, suppliers and distributors, for any claim arising out of or relating in any manner to the use of the Services or software, is limited to the amount you paid CR to use the Services to which such claim relates in the 12 month period preceding the filing of such claim.
Please do not use our Services on any mobile device in a way that prevents or distracts you from obeying traffic or safety laws.
